SydneyMusic.net does the work to ensure that bands, big and small, and their fans, new and old, can stay connected. With the forever changing world of live music, their work has become more important than ever in keeping the Sydney music ecosystem alive.
We were asked to collaborate on a merch drop to help raise awareness for Sydney’s most comprehensive gig guide online. It was an honour to work on this project and see the community band together to support them at the launch party and music trivia fundraiser.
The ‘There’s Music In Every Corner Of Our City’ shirt was inspired by conversations with their team surrounding their strongly held belief that live music should be thriving in every corner of Greater Sydney. The line reflects both the current reality of the breadth and range of music in Sydney as well as an aspiration of theirs to ensure that all of Sydney’s musicians and artists are celebrated across Greater Sydney.

The design of the character was inspired by the outline of the map of greater Sydney
Launch Party
The merch was succesfully launched with a party at Doc Sprocket Cycle Workshop in Newtown with live performances by Egoism, Tom Adamson and SydneyMusic DJs.
Music Trivia
Dom Alessio & Adam Lewis brought back their music trivia in a one-night-only fundraiser for SydneyMusic.net. They took over the Petersham Bowling Club for a special night of prizes, surprises, niche questions about popular music and merch for sale. With a backdrop of music by Sydney artist being played all night, the room was filled with support for SydneyMusic.
